Ser and Ir in the Preterite — Unscramble

The following is an exercise for beginners to practice using the preterite in Portuguese.

The verbs in question are ser / ir. You need to unscramble the words to form sentences.

Tip: pay attention to capitalization and punctuation. They have been preserved, so you know where sentences start and where it ends.

You’ll be able to see the correct answers once you fill in the fields with your sentences. If you don’t complete one sentence but click on “show answers”, the system won’t allow you to do so.

And you should write using the proper accent marks. The system will not accept your answer is correct if you’re not using the accent marks.
