Listening Comprehension – José’s Routine

Welcome to a new listening comprehension exercise.

This exercise has been planned for beginners, but if you think your listening comprehension is lacking you might try your hand at it.

(It’s a good way to practice spelling, too.)

The sentences are connected. They describe the routine of a man called José.

And as you have seen, José’s name has an accent mark. Whenever you write his name, you should insert the right accent. The system it will not accept variant spellings.

And because this is an exercise for beginners, it has been devised without the use of commas and other punctuation marks other than the period (.). So, whenever you finish your sentence make sure you include it.

And my tip for you is — listen to each recording at least three times before settling down for a specific spelling.

In case your keyboard doesn’t have the accent mark, use this. But it’ll be more convenient on desktop computers rather than mobile devices.
